commemorative Garments

A+ School Wear recommends some very simple steps for you to take when considering ordering your schools commemorative Garments. We know how important these garments are to the students, teachers and their families as they recognize a major commemorative year of the child's schooling. Therefore, we want to ensure that we provide you with the best possible garment to have as your memory of the past.

Please refer to our checklist and order form. Complete this form and return to us at your earliest convenience to ensure accuracy and a speedy delivery. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery of your garments, from approval of artwork.

Contact Person

Identify who your contact person will be for the ordering; follow up and for any communication during the entire process of the commemorative Garments production. This person will be responsible for the communication and confirmation of all artwork, colour selection, sizing selection etc. with A+ School Wear.

Design Selection

This includes actual style of the garment, design of the artwork, print colour, sizes required, names to be included, embroidered logo if required - all artwork and garment requirements need to be clearly specified to A+ School Wear to ensure your exact requirements are met.

Student Class Lists

It is imperative to provide us with the exact spelling of students and teachers names alike. We request that you provide this information to us on a JPeg File or Disk, and email. It is vital that you check the spelling and list the student names in the order that you require the names to appear on the garment.

Artwork

Once we have received all relevant information, a draft of the artwork will be sent to you via email or fax with an approval form for you to fill out and return to us. Please take care when approving artwork, as once signed off the artwork will appear exactly as authorized.

Once artwork is signed off - your order will commence.

Amendments

If any alterations need to be made, simply provide us with details by fax or email and a second draft will be sent to you.

If amendments are necessary due to the school missing names in error or providing us with incorrect information - a surcharge will be invoiced for additional artwork costs. Amendments can cause delays in the process of the printing of your garments.
