A+ Schoolwear warrants that all its products are made from first grade materials using first grade workmanship. We guarantee all products that we make against faulty materials, faulty workmanship and colour fastness.

We as a company stand firmly committed to ensure the best quality of raw materials are used in the manufacture of our garments. With even the best systems in place to ensure that you receive the very high standard that we set for ourselves, sometimes garments are sent that do not adhere to these standards.

If for any reason, any of products should reach you that do not comply with the highest standard of manufacture and is deemed to be faulty, we will:

• Take it back and repair the offending error - or,
• Replace it where necessary.

Procedure for return of goods:

It is essential that in the event that you are not satisfied with our garment you follow the following procedure:

• Call us immediately to advise the problem or call the school where you purchased the garment.
• Our staff will take your details (or the Schools) and the nature of the complaint.
• You will be issued with a GRAN (Garment Return Authorisation Number) and all correspondence must make reference to this number.
• Once the GRAN is issued, we would ask that you return the faulty garments to us and on receipt of these, our Quality Assurance Team will ascertain the problem you have described.
• If the garment can be repaired it will be done so at no charge to you and returned immediately.
• If the garment can't be repaired it will be replaced, once again at no cost to you.

Please be advised that we will not accept any returns that have not been issued with a GRAN by our staff.
